People are really misconceived about the cost of eating healthy - TopicsExpress

People are really misconceived about the cost of eating healthy food, I remember debating someone on how expensive produce is but I have been buying healthy stuff the past month or so and to be honest it really isnt costing me anymore than before, actually might be saving me some, you have to stick to the outskirts of the store and regardless of how tempting it is to venture down all those middle aisles try your hardest to avoid it and if you need something in particular, rush in and get out of the aisle without looking at stuff, I am dead serious it has worked for me. Also you dont have to cook a fancy meal that could be on the cover of a Good Housekeeping magazine, throw some veggies together and call it a day, dont go out of your way picking up all these outrageous ingredients for one meal, fruits and veggies people, it really is easier than people think. One last thing, try to limit your meat intake, your body does not require meat, I know we all love it but honestly think about it, where is this meat coming from? How fresh is it? What antibiotics was it pumped with? You can go a meal or two without meat and maybe eventually eliminate it altogether if you choose to do so, that is my personal goal. So eat foods in there natural state, processed is poison.
