People are so damn judgemental in this freaking city. Not every parent in the Zone (or similar neighborhoods) is a crack whore/thug. Some live in these neighborhoods because rent in the better neighborhoods is astronomical. Who are you to question someones parenting skills? How do you know if the kid is a delinquent or possibly has mental problems? Maybe the parents are doing the best they can with the resources at hand. Until you spend a day in their shoes, back the eff off. Im happy your children are perfect......not everyones are.
