People are truly remarkable. Yesterday I was privileged to work with the admin and support staff teams at Crestwood High in Baulkham Hills. We talked about the power of positive feedback as well as the need for constructive feedback to enable us all to be more aware and improve our outcomes, personally and professionally. One of the challenges faced by this admin team is working in a very compact office space. So it was fantastic that in the afternoon, the staff, working in teams, delivered and installed personally designed garden/eating/meeting type spaces which will facilitate conversations, both personal and professional. What an excellent initiative Crestwood! Heres to a fabulous return to work for all #school #teachers
