People ask me, "Why did you name your club as Club Velo, Pakistan?" "Well, 5 years back from today, I went to buy a cycle with my first earning from tutions. There in market, I found a Bike costing 12k and I only had 8k. I wanted it so bad. . and, Somehow, I still managed to get it by borrowing few from my Mamu. . Named it as "Velo" and started riding to school from the very next day. . Since then, had a Cycling Club in my mind. . And Riding with several groups helped me understanding how a club should be. Another reason for this name is that Velo is a french word for a bicycle. And I have named this club after my very own Velo. ." :) Cheers.
