People ask me if Im anti-theist and if thats why I, along with our other page admins, post about Christ being another myth like those of the ancient Greeks and Egyptians. When I started really studying the origins of the Christ-myth I found they were really quite lovely works of literature. The way it is comprised of all these stories from the ancient world, spanning many ages and cultures, just made it all the more beautiful to me. Ill admit I use to be anti-Christian but not any more. Now Im just anti-literalism as all my page admins are. lol. Awake in our Mythology was made (six weeks ago) to help bridge the gap between Atheism and Literalistic Theism via education. Here, in a way, we celebrate the myths of our ancestors, for there are indeed truths, in ALL myths, to draw from,... even if didnt actually happen.
