People ask me why I am so passionate about diabetes awareness. Sometimes I think to myself well duh my BabyDoll suffers from this disease BUT then I have to think about... Im a diabetes advocate because someones life depends on it whether it be a close family member, friend, colleague or stranger. Someones life depends on it! I walk because I want a CURE. I want to spread continous awareness. I want to help fund research and education. I walk because I never want any one to go through the experience me and my husband went through when our child was diagnosed. I walk, support, raise money and spread awareness because I can make a difference!! So can you!! #2014DiabetesWalk Lets make a difference!!
