People asked me why if I am so anti Tibetan culture, my dharma - TopicsExpress

People asked me why if I am so anti Tibetan culture, my dharma name is such. My birth name was Christian, Joyce Diane Schulz, which I rejected. My Hindu name is Jyothirchandra, which I still use in Hindu circles. I had so many Tibetan dharma names such as Gama Dawa, (happy Goddess of the moon) and more. But I am only a American born Vajrayana dharma teacher, who adopted the divine language of sanskrit as her poetry of the muses. This title of the knowledge wisdom of the warrior woman, seems to fit me. Not in English but in Tibetan which my body is not, but my inner wisdom is. The Tibetans saved all the teachings of the Mahayana of India, for mistranslation or not, for the world. It was nearly losted by the contamination of the Communist revolution. Not being Tibetan I can not fight their battle for freedom, but try to keep the dharma alive which they have tried to preserve. In American how they do it is their business, but If I do not like their structure I can complain which I do most of the time. If they have such heavy corruption in their monastic systems they need to address it. Most of this system, in my opinion does not lead to enlightenment for the western person. It may be okay for a Tibetan, but it is not okay for a western person regardless how programmed they are. The same is true of all cult activities here in the West. The Masters of the dharma lives in my mind and consciousness, and it is part of the evolution of the global Buddhist tradition. A path which is not free to change and evolve is a static groundless structure, steep in outdated concepts which enslave the consciousness of its beings. My root teacher is His Holiness 14th Dalai Lama and the lineages that surround him, but he is a composite being and understands how it all works in the Nature of reality. His actions are one of a great Bodhisattva of compassion and wisdom. He is more than a Tibetan alone, but a Global Buddha guide for all of us. Also I do not always agree with what he says, but I know he will understand why. TVMC is the first American dharma structure of this kind here in the USA, geared to using Sanskrit mantras and english translations. He knows of my existence, and we shared the same goal, to benefit all sentient beings now and in the future. Everyone still seems to see him as a God and will not allow themselves to be higher than him. That is a cultural Tibetan issue not an American one. Science is my first love, and I have hopes for my next life to be part of that with Buddhadharma. I know now, I have made enough waves here in the west, which will open new portals for realizations. Om Ah Hum.
