People cant be around me longer than a few hours before they find a way to ditch me for one of their better friends. Thats a lesson Ive learned this holiday season so far. What is wrong with me that I cant just have a SINGLE friend who gives a shit about me enough to ACTUALLY hang out with me or ANYONE who texts ME to see how IM doing ever?! Im sorry if I sound like Im being annoyingly whiny but as I have no one to actually discuss this with face to face Im gonna put it on Facebook, Its not like anyone reads this shit anyway and I need to vent somehow or the likelihood that Ill hurt myself sky rockets. I know how dramatic that sounds but its a battle I fight every god damn year, its one Ive won consecutively for 8 years now but its a battle all the same. The only people I have in my life (and this include my AWESOME room mates) are people who are NICE to me I dont think there are too many people who actually take the time to get to know or know anything more about me than my favorite color and the fact that I can make fun of myself or anything beyond the superficial facts of who I am. No body listens long enough (without cutting me off half way through what Im trying to say because theyre too damn busy assuming they know what Im going to say to listen and no that was NOT in reference to Sylvia so IF anyone reads this DONT jump to that conclusion like Im sure you probably already did. Im talking about EVERYBODY I talk to does that shit and 99 percent of the time they go in the complete opposite direction of what I was trying to say. So this year all I really want for Christmas are people who listen to me, who genuinely care about me, and who really know me. That isnt going to happen people like that dont just show up on your doorstep because you cried about it on Facebook. Certainly those kinds of people are never going to be in my radar.
