People complain about crap happening in Williston that makes them feel unsafe. Last night a man would not leave me alone while I was trying to get in a cab to go back to our hotel...it was creepy....but it gets worse. Today I was walking into the Mall of America...mid afternoon...broad daylight. A man going down the escalator across from Kim and I decided to strike up a conversation with me, I just said hi and I was fine and be decided it was okay to come around to our escalator and follow us. He kept bugging me and asked me questions, I think he asked for my number a few times and then asked for a hug, before I knew It his arms were wrapped around me and he kissed my neck. I had to push him off me. The worst part was there were 3 men in front of us watching the whole thing as if it were no big deal. I was violated in public and I felt so disgusted afterwards I could hardly stand it. I got over it obviously...but it was disgusting and not okay! So basically...this stuff never happens to me in Williston, I feel safe in Williston. Bad things can happen to you anywhere you go....stop blaming the boom. Your argument is invalid as far as I am concerned.
