People contantly say two things to me that I need to address: 1. I want a tattoo by you but I dont want to wait 3-4 months and I hear youre expensive. A: I love to tattoo and I have a lot of people that get tattooed by me thats something you should look for in your desired tattooer. If you find that wait unreasonable I understand, but if you say you desire work from me but cant wait, in all reality a very brief time, then the project you want, more than likely, can be fulfilled by many street shop artists that would be more than happy to fulfill your request. And as far pricing goes I GUARANTEE I am not the most expensive artist in Michigan but Ive worked for over a decade in tattooing and know what Ive invested into it and also what thats worth. Even a kid at McDonalds gets a raise from time to time. Trust me I work hard for your hard earned dollars and make sure you get every penny of it. Im not unreasonable. 2. I emailed you but didnt get a response, am I not important? A: I cant stress this enough. I am ONE man. I dont have an assistant. I dont have counter help. Nor do I want it. I like to engage personally to each client as best as I can and make sure we are on the same page for what we both want out of the project but I get 6 to 10 emails a day on top of tattooing 9 to 11 hours a day. Its hard to keep up! If you really really want a slot to get tattooed there are two sure fire ways to do it: 1.CALL THE STUDIO. I dont know what happened with the popularity of the internet over the years but I have this inclination that people fear crapping their pants by calling the person they need to speak to. Which literally takes all of 5 minutes or less to get the info you need! Im very pleasant on the phone...just call!!! 2. STOP INTO THE STUDIO. Now, I know geographically this isnt as easy for some as it is for others, but it is the absolute best way to kill all the birds with one stone. Deposits, Appointments, Artwork consulting, Dark Lord sacrificing, and Ballroom dancing advice are right at your disposal! Do make the call to make sure Im around so you dont waste a trip though. It doesnt require an appointment and you arent bothering me. If you didnt bother me Id never be able to talk to anyone! p.s ALL my contact info is on this page so try not to message me with where do you work?! Its a button click away. :) I hope that clears up some things. At the end of the day Im here to make sure you get the best work I can provide for you. If Im not into the project or I know someone who would do it better I will direct to the artists I know that can provide that for you. Please please dont be insulted if I turn down a project you bring to me. It doesnt mean its stupid and it certainly doesnt mean Im too high and mighty to do it for you. Its more than likely just me wanting you to get the BEST experience you can get out of your tattoo. I want everyone to have cool tattoos. Thats all :)
