People don’t need anyone to prophesy to them concerning everyday common sense decisions. No one needs to prophesy to you about where to go to church. This is how people take the office of a prophet out of bounds spiritually and get into excess. The Bible says that Believers are to be led by the Spirit of God. They should know how to follow the Spirit in such matters. God wants us to keep the office of the prophet and prophecy based solidly on the Word of God just as we do with everything else.
