People get very nervous when they first get on the ball. They are thinking too much and this causes tension in moving on the ball. What I always tell people is that YBR is reorganizing your structure. It speaks directly to your neuro- muscular system. Once you let go and begin to listen to your bodys reactions to the ball at each point, there is a moment when you begin to follow your body. It tells you where it wants the ball to go next. You are working deeply into your anatomy at that moment and your body knows what it needs. It can distinguish between a good healthy discomfort that is momentary versus a sharp pain which means you moved the ball quickly without listening to your body. Your experience deepens as your body begins to trust that you are working correctly with its anatomy. There are basics to begin by, and then the deeper needs of your body begin to direct you to what it next. This is self directed healing at its best!
