People have asked why I have not done any Drone videos lately the reason is the CAA have now issued this ruling. Fly a camera/surveillance fitted aircraft within congested areas or closer (than the distances listed within Article 167) to people or properties (vehicles, vessels or structures) that are not under your control So i am in the middle of getting my CAA premission to fly and until then its living in its box. So it now means that any drone fitted with a camera may land you in trouble which is really handy as when you buy them the shop just forgets to inform you of the ruling. Once I have past then I will start doing some videos again until then you will have to enjoy my photos.
