People have been talking about impeaching the President for various things. If I were a Congressman, I would call the White House, and remind the President of the HISTORY and the MEANING of the 2nd Amendment (as understood by the Fathers and the Delegates of the States that Ratified it). I would also remind the President of the FACT that neither he nor his Secretary of State (or anyone else) can sign a Treaty in our name, without first obtaining, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, the support of 2/3rds of the Senators present, which is of course, REQUIRED in order for a Treaty to be VALID (in accordance with the Constitution of the United States of America). I would tell him that if he doesnt have our name taken off of that Treaty by the end of the week, then hes going to find an Article of Impeachment swirling around among the staffers come Monday. In addition, the President should immediately desist in any & all attempts at having this treasonous and unconstitutional Treaty signed by any of his DUPES in the Senate. Its time to learn about the REAL Constitution, Barry. This isnt the make-believe Constitution that Professor Tribe told you about.
