People have been telling me for years to do covers but i am always hesitant for whatever reason. sometimes its because I think i should have a whole lighting and camera crew and Im embarrassed about how i look or afraid Ill make a mistake or whatever foolish thing...but I realized I am alwasy worried about the wrong things!! Sometimes folks just wanna hear a singer sing. SO recently i did one...with an awesome male vocalist and keys player and my friend on percussion. its a song that is huge right now, and is beautiful. I hope when it gets released (through my favorite soul blog) that you all will show love by sharing it if you like it, and make me see why I should do more of them...the last one I did, I am pretty sure nobody really saw it. So its hard to tell whether or not its a good use of my time...beyond the fact that I just enjoy singing, the technical aspect (editing, posting etc) I am not a huge fan of. Its work! Its confusing and therefore overwhelming. So here it is again, and please be on the lookout for the next one :)
