People, if you are going to share this picture, you have to understand something. Phil Robertson was not suspended because he was praying or because of his religious views. He was suspended because of openly stating racist and homophobic comments in an interview with GQ magazine. Yes, he is entitled to free speech, but Hollywood is also entitled to make decisions based on what is positive and what is negative as a product. When you are a member of an entity such as a TV show, you are now apart of a product. The producers of that show now have to make decisions based on your representation of their product. Pete Rose is banned from baseball for life because he is viewed as a negative representation of a product. Its the same situation here. Its not always just as simple as freedom of speech.
