People if you have a dog at the shelter go & pick them up immediately. Not only is your dog in jeopardy but if you call they have to hold them so many days which takes up a kennel for another dog & when the shelter is full like it is now dogs will be put down to make room. Please do not use the shelter for a kennel. Other dogs will pay. They are full & the weekend is just beginning. And please try to work something out before you release your pet to the shelter. When it is overcrowded then the owner releases have little chance of getting out because the strays are held for the chance their owners will come & get them. The problem is tooo many dogs & cats are showing up at the shelter so we in the community must do our share to help. Please help us.
