People in the academe are not called researchers or scientists if what they were able to accomplish were only their masteral theses and PhD dissertations. MSs or PhDs deserve more than just being attachments. They require those who have earned them to make more discoveries that can improve the economic conditions of the marginalized, promote environmental protection and heritage preservation, uphold peace, and empower communities.
