People invest to bring returns but our own case is different. The ferry ( pontoon) bought by the community long time ago has no evidence in the community despite the fact that it works day and night. But those appoint to chairman it, under one month they will lay foundation, the other month completion. The ferry is not generating income we agreed but there is a way out, lets privatize it and lets see what we can do with the money.
