People keep asking me if Im working out 6 hours per day to get my six-pack back on my glutenfreefat2fit journey. The answer is NO. Ive been working out (doing crossfit) for 3 days per week throughout phase 1 AND phase 2 and my workouts are anywhere from 5 min - 30 min. This is a sample of the circuit workout I did yesterday (pull-ups, hand-stand push-ups, rowing and bear crawls for 30 minutes). What Im trying to show is that its not so much about the exercise to get the six pack nor is it about a certain amount of calories to get my body back but more so about the Quality of the calories when it comes to health first and then body composition.
