People leaving companies is currently on my mind tonight and I would love to share my thoughts on the subject... Ive been in this profession for a long time, since I was 17 years old in fact, Ive seen people come and go... Heck Ive left companies for new opportunities thats ok and normal, if someone leaves your company Im here to tell you its okay, it doesnt mean theres anything wrong with your company, doesnt mean the company is failing, in fact Ive seen the opposite Ive seen leaders leave companies that where at their peak... Doesnt mean anything besides that it just wasnt a fit into that leaders life anymore, and thats ok :) you just need to focus on YOUR business and youll be just fine, grow your business and youll get to the top. Their journey is their journey and yours is your own! Companies aside we are all Network Marketers and must respect each other and support each other. 💜 I wanna see YOU at the top of your compensation plan in 2015! #dontlosefocusonwhatothersaredoing
