People like the author of this article epitomize everything that is wrong with the world. Why in hell should I pay for children that I dont have? Why in hell do people think such a premise is moral? How is it moral to tax my existence because of the needs and decisions (i.e. the existence) of others? (I can ask this question about literally every welfare program, for that matter). People who think some people should be taxed to benefit others represent all that is evil in the world. They literally advocate a form of slavery even though they are trying their damnedest to pretend that this form of slavery is something else.
