People of Bubulo East are tired of the in activeness of the political leaders who don’t take an inch of interest towards there outcry, Mps, Lcv, Councilors among other stake holders, Rural electrification is stile going on thanks to the program however the installed transformers are not working, yet the very UMEME employees from Tororo are busy collecting money from the waninches, the poles put in place by the contractors are being eaten up by termites what a shallow work done with the inactive supervisor by the government, for almost two month the people of Bubulo East thus Butiru, Bubutu, Bumwoni, Lwakhakha, Bumbo are in total darkens with electricity polls passing by there land, houses but no light rather power, then what is the reason of having the poles “we the solid majority rather get ride of the electricity pole” the water pipe passes through Manafwa to Tororo however there is shortage of water and our lovely people have no access to clean water at all, the Road of Mbale-Manafwa Lwakhakha, Magale-Bumbo is in its worrying state, Hospitals thus grade three do receive medicine however take a chance and go there you will discover the out come that there is no medicine in the grade III health centers, Manafwa elites on these forum please open your mind set to enlighten our lovely people that since we have a countdown towards election we should elect people who are instrumental and action oriented other than……. Bulldozers in office from top to Lci. Those who are loyal to the MP Simon Mulongo, LCv, Minister of Energy, power and so whoever please take these cry to them that the people of Manafwa deserve better services not struggles. Come 2015/16
