People of grande cache, I just off the phone with Telus after another fight about our internet speed. The manager at the telus call center(in Guatemala) told me that they were meeting the guaranteed speed for us and their was no concerns. But, when I was dealing with the technician, we performed speed tests on my interenet. Telus guarantees me 6 for a minimum score on this test and after 7 tests and him playing with my modem, the fastest that we registered was 0.3 which is 6% of the minimum we are guaranteed. I am personally sick of getting screwed around by Telus and am not letting this slide. I am asking as many people as possible in gc to go to speedtest.net and see what there speed is and post or pm me the results. If your score is below 6, contact Telus and ask for a reduced rate because you arent being provided with the service that they guarantee.
