People often ask me how much more weight do I plan on losing. At times, some say it in a way that makes it sound like Ive lost too much weight lol. Youre withering away to nothing Ive heard a few times :-) This is just a few people. Everyone else just tells me how amazing I look which means a lot to me. Thank you :-) Here is my response to those that have been curious: Fitness is not a destination. It is a lifestyle. You dont reach a point and call it quits. Fitness is forever. Its about making smart choices every day to improve your health and happiness. You are certainly worth making some changes in your nutrition and exercising for 30 minutes a day. Is your current lifestyle sustainable? If you continue with your current nutrition and fitness habits, where will you be in 20 years? If I didnt change my life 8 months ago at nearly 300 pounds and continued that trend where would I have been? Im not confident that I would have survived 20 more years in that condition. I see multiple people every day exactly where I was...and often much worse. You can change your path. Your future is in your hands. Do you have children? Are you setting a good example for them? If not, you could be. More importantly: you should be. Life. You only have one. The way you live is a choice. I would be honored to work with you to help guide you on a new path of great health choices.
