People often ask why Im such an early morning person. But why? Not working right now? Well. There is something about that quiet time I get in my car. Or at the park or wherever. 1. Its nice and cool and heat didnt kick in yet. 2. There is something special about seeing the sun rise. Its a brand new day and only a few people thrive to see it. 3. Early bird gets the worm. 4. No one has managed to cut me off in traffic or flip me off and get mad waiting in lines. Everyone is still calm. 5. My prayer and meditation time. My time. Is totally essential in my life. A wonderful time to have gratitude for everything!
