People often look at me and people often ask me why I use Plexus. Ive been thin my whole life. Im that girl that walked out of the hospital with each pregnancy looking like Id never been pregnant at all. Let me tell you right now....skinny DOES NOT always mean healthy. Yes, I have been blessed that I have not had to deal with obese related ailments. But, I have suffered from my OWN ailments. So, again, please believe that skinny does not always mean healthy. And, for those people and people like myself, we will gain healthy muscle mass. This is EXACTLY what is happening with me.
