People should not be blamed is a wrong concept people should be punished . How they can be punished ? They will be punished only by these corrupt elected leaders. Now how this has to be changed.? The second concept is people should not be blamed because they are aware that one or two persons can not change this for this 294 persons should contest as MLAs and 42 MPs have to contest. They should contest and fight for victory not just contest for the sake of contesting this again means we have to generate 2940 candidates who are eligible to contest , Who are capable, honest , innovative and deliver change and 250 MP candidates have to emerge . How this will be possible ? Parties like 1. LSP 2. AAP 3. Janasena should come together. They should also come out with a strategy i. 2014 to 2015 they should spread the Government programmes thoroughly so that people are aware of them ii. 2015 to 2016 these parties should organise 10 active workers in a village and mobilise 1000 voters and present alternative policies and programmes to people iii. 2016 to 2017 they should make people to question the elected representatives by showing the difference in approach in programmes and policies iv. 2017 to 2018 they should not allow the elected representatives to enter their village or constituency and part take in Gherao and treat the dishonest non-functioning, unwielding representatives to change and n tell them not to contest again because we need new faces, new hope, new scheme, new generation and v. 2018 to 2019 The capable persons should tour only in their village presenting a common Manifesto in the name of PEOPLES MANIFESTO and the three parties should win saying a. Do not vote in the name of religion b. Do not vote in the name of Caste c. Do note vote a person who is a millionaire d. Do not vote for a person who has been an MLA or an MP more than Once e. Do not vote for a person on the basis of sympathy and f. Do not vote in the name of Legacy, hierarchy or Khandaan f. Vote for a person paying Rs. 10 as your contribution and make him win the election and show to the world what democracy is all about g. Campaign in such a way that 100% of people should vote or else they will lose their Citizenship, Bank accounts and facilities by the government . For this ONE JP is not sufficient, ONE Kejariwal is not sufficient or One Pawan Kalyan is not sufficient but they should come together to collectively campaign for a change ! Many honest, talented capable, persons, who are out their among Youth, Women and the Experienced are out there to serve the country and do not want to contest again and who can train better people next time. It is not UTOPIA or a DREAM I have a better saying than MARTIN LUTHER KING OR CHE GUEVARA OR A SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE, I do not have a dream I have a Job to do and my job is to change the country from turmoil by going to roots, back to basics and forward with Science and Technology , Management and Administration with a Team of A few good persons who will usher in a new era of Open Vociferous decisive change for change Based on A. Work B. Health C. Education D. Agriculture E. Industry F. Sustainable Energy G. Organic Farming H. Water I. Trade and commerce and J. The difference between Rich and Poor will be in the proportion of not more than 1:100 or 1:1000 now it is more than 1:1,000,000 period and for all the Health care and Education is compulsory . K. Social Justice Including Economic Justice L. Corruption Minimising and Ultimately eradication M. Decentralisation of Power, Devolution of Authority and Decision Making from Gram Sabaha, Mandal, Samithi , (MLA constituency) and announcing every MP constituency as a District and directly allot funds to them for Administrative convenience and strengthening Democracy and minimising Corruption. N. Let Us derive good things from the past, Live in the Present and work for a better future. JP, Kejariwal, Yogendra Yadhav, Dr. Mitra, Mr. Parakala Smt. Sathyavani and Dr. Brahmma Reddy Shri. Pramod Reddy, Garimella Narayana and with people like us who want to work for such a change and like this plethora of good persons who want to work from the roots, going back to Basics and with a forward march to Humane Way of life oriented with Liberty Equality and Fraternity with Spiritual Enquiry, Rational discussion and Democratic process ... YES! YES! YES! we do not have a dream we have a Job to do we are better than our fore fathers like Gandhi and Subash chandra Bose, Patel , Nehru , Deen Dayal Upadyaya, Dange, Ram Manohar Lohia or Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan or Plethora of such great leaders in India. Let us prove in in 2019 This is not our dream ! This is our Job ! Let us do it I am ready for it ! Are you Ready ! Then respond to this Please let us change India to Bharath of its glory and make a forward March. I say Human rights is not just confined to Freedom, Freedom of speech, Freedom of Association It should be associated with Right to basic needs, Basic Infrastructure, Basic facilities, Basic amenities and for this I think we have to start from the Basics, Our seeds, Our Roots, Our Nature, Our Culture with Science and Technology, Administration and Management and Spiritual Enquiry with Rational dialogue and Democratic Process... I have Nothing Less Nothing Else to do
