People who listen to Karl Lentz and take what he says as gospel should note the FACT that he is not British and what he says does not apply to UK Courts. There are only the Queens Bench Divisional Courts that are available due to the Queens Bench Court being abolished in 1875. The Courts jurisdiction passed to what was then the new High Court of Justice and specifically to the Queens Bench Division of that Court. You can access Queens Bench using Civil Procedure Rule 8. I trust what I have written is clear enough, as whilst regional High Courts do sometimes sit as Queens Bench it is only with the use of a travelling High Court Judge and is for show only, trust me, been there got the t-shirt, the mug and the case law.
