People who say Obama isnt doing his job baffle me. It baffles me to say hes a puppet and just charismatic and full of air. Hes doing the impossible, and fighting a million monsters on his own team to do it EVERYDAY. He can only do so much against the most opposing forces any president has ever seen in their own house and Senate. Meanwhile, as a people we sit on our ass, not contribute to any cause, and then spectate and complain. Thats not gonna work, WHOEVER the President is. You have the be the change you want to see. Thats all hes doing. Thats what WE have to do as well. Hes fighting for opportunity and equality, but WE HAVE TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY. This country has NEVER been a free handout. At least from my perspective. Obama wont get the appreciation and understanding until years later, similar to Abraham Lincoln (although Obamas task isnt as obviously monumental), but he knows that. Hes one man, hes the President, NOT GOD OF ALL. I usually dont do the whole political post thing, but at some point, we gotta get a better grip and start making moves. Period... And get back to the pursuit of knowing our Creator and Heavenly Father. Im out.
