People who say they are not going to vote should really keep quiet and seat down. You are honestly not solving anything but not voting. When you vote you make a decision, if you dont make that decision someone will make it for you. I also believe that anyone who wont vote should also not complain about anything. Because I believe that if you are unhappy about something you should either 1. Change it or 2. Change your attitude towards it. But to not do anything at all, I dont think thats smart. I just heard someone say this: 1. Ignorance is not bliss as many say, BUT Ignorance is TRAGEDY. 2. Bad leaders are voted into power by us the good citizens who do not vote. And there is no one who can say politics doesnt affect them. We are all affected. The decisions,policies, the laws governing us are all a result of politics. Shying away from politics will not help us but send those people we think they want to eat to parliament. I was telling a friend the other day that voting is a way of voicing out your concerns. Just a single vote can make a huge impact. And how does one expect another person to take them seriously if they themselves fail to. When politicians know that the youth are the deciding factor in politics they will take us serious.
