People will ALWAYS buy. Lots of cross recruiting, Haterade, drama, jumping ship and even MORE complaining about it. Since when do you own your team? I actually learned the hard way... You dont own anything. In an instant a company owner can lock you out, jack ur check and ur out. But really... People will Always try and recruit your team. And guess what? Sometimes they will succeed. People who buy, will buy again. You dont have the right to dictate what they buy or who they buy it from... Just because they made a purchase with you along the line. There is no tattoo on their head that said Sponsored by Bob... Off limits Its YOUR JOB as a value service provider, as a leader... To create so much value in working with you, that they would never leave. If this happens to you in your career as an entrepreneur, someone leaves your team, joins someone else... Rather than moaning about it... Ask YOURSELF... How can I provide more value? Imagine this.... I love my nike sneakers. They feel like I am running on air. So lets say Reebok released a new neon green pair of shoes... And I bought them because nike didnt have neon green. Can you imagine if nike did a Facebook post, trashed me to the public, all because I bought a different shoe. Buyers are buyers. You will never control them.. The best you can do is serve them.
