Peppermint tart trifle - so I figured since we all loved the fridge tart so much, lets convert it into a trifle. Layer bowl with crushed biscuit base, layer of peppermint mixture (orley whip, caramel, choc), layer sponge thats buttered with caramel, should u want jelly try the cream soda flavour and when making it crumble some choc bits in also.
