Per Pat Funke, who owns one of the Henderson 27 and was at the trial today: We have just left the courthouse. This is the whole plea agreement. The Conroys must pay restitution in the amount of $11,800 ($2,500 already paid today) to the Humane Society. The balance will be paid in $100 monthly payments. They are never allowed to have animals of any kind. Until the balance of the fine paid they are on probation and are subject to random animal control and humane society visits. They were given 365 days of incarceration -185 probated, and 180 house arrest. They are required to wear an ankle bracelet and will have frequent court appearances to prove compliance with the plea terms.
