Protein Vanilla Coffee Cake By CoachFitMe in the Kitchen Ingredients: Lean Dessert Protein Powder 6 Scoops ½ box of Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix 2 Cups of Whole Oats 1/2 Cup of Water 4 Cups of Raw Egg Whites Pam Spray Non Stick Pan Directions: Pre-Heat Oven to 350* Mix all ingredients in Blender on High until oats are pulverized about 2 minutes. Spray non-stick baking pan with Pam Spray. Pour mixture into pan and cook approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and knife in center comes out clean. Nutritional Breakdown 8 Servings in Cake): Per Serving 1/8 of cake Calories 206 Fat 3.75g Carbs 21.75g Sugar 2.25g Fiber 3g Protein 20.5g ***You can make this mixture into any flavor you desire by using this basic recipe and adding other ingredients for flavoring. Banana Nut Bread- Add 3 tsp. of Banana extract, Chopped walnuts, and Dice 1 medium banana. Mix additions gently throughout the mixture after you pour into pan. Bake suggested time and divide into 8 square servings. If making multiple cakes then freeze for later. Strawberry Shortcake- Add 3 tsp. of Strawberry extract, 1 cup of strawberries into blender when mixing. Top with chop strawberry before baking if you desire. Chocolate Chip Vanilla Dream Cake- Add desired amount of Sugar free chocolate chips to vanilla protein cake mixture before cooking.
