Per request from Debbie Collins and Suzanne Marshall Hollingsworth, theyve asked if i could repost this piece of advice on one of the things to look for at night in regards to a potential tornado. Please bear in mind this is just a simple copy and paste of the release.... Hey yall. Thank you for allowing all if us into your homes and places of work on this dangerous and stormy night. There is lots of talk about potential tornadoes on the ground in these dark hours. Do you know what to look for at night for the signs of potential tornadoes on the ground? One of the best things to keep an eye for would be a very bright blueish green flash close to the ground. Thats a strong indication that something has struck or destroyed a power transformer. If you see the bright flashes. Take note, is it moving to the left or right? Or does it seem to be in the same spot repeatedly? If you say same spot, you are likely in the path of whatever is causing that damage. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY! If the flashes are moving left or right it is still strongly advised to take cover! There are more things to look for, and we will be going into more depth on that in the coming days!
