Perfect Game - 17u World Series - The Cleats Pilots have been invited to what is arguably the most competitive 17u tournament in the country - and it all starts this Saturday at the Goodyear Baseball Complex in Goodyear, Arizona. This is the 3rd annual 17u Perfect Game World Series, which will take place on the MLB Spring Training fields of the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians. This event is a strict-invite only with past champions including the South Florida Elite Squad (2012) and Evoshield Canes (2013). The 20 team field will play seven (7) guaranteed games that begins at 5PM on Saturday July 19th. Along with the Cleats Pilots, some of the top national teams are CBA Marucci (Temecula, CA), CCB Elite (San Jose, CA), Chandler Baseball World (Norristown, PA), Dallas Patriots (Dallas, TX), Elite Squad Baseball (Pembroke Pines, FL), Evoshield Canes (Fredericksburg, VA) FTB (Orlando, FL), GBG Marucci (Los Angeles, CA), Georgia Roadrunners (Alpharetta, GA), Houston Banditos (Tomball, TX) NorCal Baseball (Danville, CA), San Diego Show (San Diego, CA) Tri-State Arsenal (Voorhees, NJ) There were 119 players drafted after attending this event.
