Stevia (1/2 c. sugar) 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 1 c. dry milk powder Combine all ingredients together and pulse in food processor until well blended and cornmeal is not gritty. Should only take about 4 pulses. Splitting into 2 batches will blend better & thoroughly. Place your dry mix into a sealed container and tighten lid. Attach ribbon and label for decoration purposes. This makes a great gift to give on those occasions when you need something different. Be sure to include recipe card to prepare: 1 1/2 c. dry mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. olive oil (waffles only) Mix all ingredients in bowl until well incorporated. Prepare as pancakes or waffles. Serve with favorite toppings.
