Perfect Squat form: Starting position -Feet little outside your hips -Toes point straight forward or slightly external rotate feet -Chest Up / Shoulders Back -Slight Curve In Lower Back *At no point should u bend at your lower back or look down during your squatting movement* During Negative phase: -Slightly bend knees and stick your butt back like your reaching for a chair to sit in. -Keep your chest up and core tight -Knees stay in line with toes (dont let knees cave in or excessively point out) -Keep weight on heels -Do not let knees excessively come past toes or heels come off the ground Concentric Phase: -Focus pushing through your heels and keep feet in line with toes -Keep core tight (Draw belly button in) -Keep knees slightly Bent at top and dont lock knees
