Perfect chocolate cake and frosting. Cake recipe : 2 cups of sugar sugar 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour 3/4 cup of Herseys cocoa 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 1 cup of boiling water Mix all ingredients but water, add water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into 2 round cake pans. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Frosting recipe : 1 stick of butter melted 2/3 cup Hersheys cocoa 3 cups of powdered sugar 1/3 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla. This is so good. You wont be disappointed.
