#PerfectBakasana Day10 Video B Check the Day10 Video A If you havent seen it already. Go into the Bakasana and keep your elbows bended. Keep it for a breath. Now You need to hold your arms in balance very well and strong because youre going to push your knees from your arms like day 6 option 1. Push your knees against your arms (like day 8 and 6), at the same time push back your knees by your arms to help your legs lift so you will find your knees in the air!!
