Performance Management Update Talks Continue Latest Briefing: Talks have taken place with the employer’s representatives this week. These discussions are continuing but have not yet concluded. We remain committed to protecting members from undertaking any activity which may leave them open to disciplinary action. In support of this aim, we are asking branches and members to await further guidance which will be issued early next week. In the meantime, if members are invited to attend a meeting to discuss their Performance Management Report (PMR), they should be advised to request that this is deferred.
