Performance Programming client Shane Manning with a 210kg Reverse - TopicsExpress

Performance Programming client Shane Manning with a 210kg Reverse Band Bench Press! This cycle sees loads of Delt and Upper Back work alongside some overloading of the main movement before retesting in a few weeks time! If you find the top half of the Bench difficult you need to work on lockout strength hammering the triceps as much as possible. If the bottom half, off the chest, is an issue try focusing on hammering shoulders, lats and upper back while including speed work in the program. If you are strong but slow your speed will let you down at the sticking point, if you are explosive but dont have the required strength in the right musculature for that particular joint angle your strength will be the limiting factor (providing technique is sufficient). #PerformanceProgramming #Powerlifting
