Performance Progress: April --> June I had to take a step back to take two steps forward. I had a knee injury that was bothering me due to weakness and too much weight with improper form. I threw my ego out the door last year and this year was to improve on performance. Why? Because I want to be able to lift for a lifetime. I actually laid off squats for a 1 1/2 months before attempting squats again. The left side video was me fixing my form and I noticed going down didnt put stress on my knees as much. I adjusted little details along the way and finally I earned the weights (right). I also notice it strengthen my knees. I had invested in a resistance band and I researched some knee therapy online. In addition, watched some videos. From this experience, progress also means performance. I highly suggest practice on form after form. Im not perfect, and my form isnt always on point but it was better than before. -Silver
