Performance coaching takes place tonight at 20:30 These are are run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening with clients being able to move to either class each week to make sure they get their training done each week, of clients cant make either session they can book a bike in the day, although the instructor wont be always about during the session the client will be able to work to their planned session. The cost varies depending on package, the main package includes fitness testing, the second package is when no test is needed and the third package is pay as you go but accurate zones would be required. These sessions are approx 90 minutes depending on the session being carried out, each client gets a session planned to their targets. Package 1 £120 6 sessions fitness test included Package 2 £72 6 sessions no test Pay as you go £15 per session
