Perhaps one of the most important status updates of my political ideology. It might end up in me stop supporting IK forever. . 1. IK denied a meeting with TUQ. I myself heard it. He said it standing with TUQ during an address 2. TUQ claims he had a meeting with IK. Once again I myself heard it in the video attached at the end 3. Now one of them is a liar. And I think IK told a lie (Most probably) 4. TUQ did not mention a single credible witness of this meeting. For example he said, nobody knew about this meeting not even Ch. Brothers. Thats fishy (I am saying it as a neutral observer not PTI supporter) . Now what IK needs to do? . 1. If he had a meeting with TUQ, he should admit it in public and apologize to the nation for telling a lie. We can still forgive him because of his services 2. If he did not have a meeting with TUQ, he should challenge his claim and take him to the task with evidence / proof . In first case even if he admits it and nation forgives him, I wont be able to be his supporter again. In 2nd case, my sympathies and support will still be with him . P.S: Till the time IK does not prove his innocence and proves the claim of TUQ wrong, I will be politically neutral as far as PTI and IK are concerned. Because failure of IK to live upto my expectations of leadership standards does not mean Nawaz Sharif became an angel or I start supporting this sham democracy. Why am I being so strict in this regard? In our personal lives, nobody including me, Imran Khan or Nawaz Sharif are angels. We all may be and are sinners of highest order. Even if he had a meeting with TUQ, he should not have told a LIE to people. Meeting with TUQ was NOT a crime. Integrity was the difference in him and others. But if he cheats with the nation and tells them a lie, its not acceptable for me . P.P.S: I am highlighting this issue with full details and analysis in absence of any mainstream media even focusing this issue! Its mentioned to make a point that we PTI supporters are NOT mental slaves who will continue to defend ANYTHING. Also I would like to appreciate sir Tanzeel Ur Rashid sb for predicting this development well in advance and letting me know about this incident after it occurred.
