Permanent - R15 000 CTC Location: Pinelands Working hours: 8am - 5pm Business Process Coordinator: Operations (Call Center / Financial Services environment) Passionate / Optimistic / Informed / Uncomplicated Main Purpose The purpose of this role is to identify process improvements within the Operations environment. The successful candidate will assist Operational teams in the mapping of current business processes and will facilitate process enhancements. Focus will be on process analysis and optimisation of existing processes, and to ensure that operational processes and systems are being utilized efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Analyse & Design new and enhanced business processes • Ensure all processes are signed off and stored in the central repository • Maintain all documentation created by and for the Operations business process and management team • Management of documentation will include the cataloging of documents, the improvement of existing material and the support of material development and programs, which will lead to improved Operational efficiencies and effectiveness • Submission of change requests relevant to Operations process changes • Provide effective leadership • Build effective and confident relationships with stakeholders (business, ICT) • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Provide clear and timeous feedback, and effectively manage business expectations Key Competencies • Excellent verbal, written and facilitation communication skills • Attention to detail • Deadline driven • Team player • Analytical with the ability to make good insightful decisions • Business ethics • Ability to cultivate and sustain good working relationships • Ability to influence appropriately Qualifications and Experience Essential: • Matric/ Grade 12 • Relevant post matric qualification (certificate, diploma etc.) • Proven experience in testing and implementation of new business processes/systems • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services / call centre environment Advantageous: • Diploma or certificate in Business Processing/Analytics • Vision Plus and Alpha Plus systems experience • Product knowledge of retail store cards, credit cards, loans • Previous work experience in the following environments: o MIS (Management Information Systems) o WFM (Workforce Management) o BI (Business Intelligence)
