Yung title ng land ay kayo or legit owner. Hindi po agent. 3. May mga legit na documents taxdec etc...to present. 4. Kung pueding puntahan namin ang lupa for ocular inspection with the rightful owners. 5. If possible to communicate with the owners 6. Luzon or Visayas lang preference namin. 7. Any hectares ang laki. Industrial or developed land na malapit sa grid. 8. Private po ang project namin dito. Paki complete po ang details ng mga land nyo for those who are interested at kung puedi namin i ocular schedule.
