This convention is free of charge! 5th ANNUAL HR STUDENTS CONVENTION 2015-INTERNATIONAL “ASEAN HR: THE NEW ERA BEGINS” The annual HRSC has conveyed the purpose of giving light to empowerment of human resource management as one of the core competencies of the organization. It is currently striving to reach that immovable degree of international development and as it boldly overcame obstacles, it has taken us to a definitely higher level, the 5th year of the Annual Human Resource Students Convention (HRSC). Today, the HR management eagerly welcomes the beginning of the new era. The 5th Annual HR Students Convention 2015-International with the theme “ASEAN HR: The New Era Begins” with subtopics: (1) Leadership Excellence through an Effective HR Empowerment; (2) Building Bridges, Gaining Competitive Edge; and (3) Breaking Boundaries: Amidst Integration, aims to sharpen the competitiveness of HR people to develop modern and effective practices as it fearlessly adapt to the looming integration of the ASEAN Community in the year 2015 and ahead. This year, HRSC is about the fearless transformation of the HR force as it enters a new level of human resource management that is more complex and dynamic. The ASEAN Integration undoubtedly involves complicated arrangements and it requires the powerful force and effective action towards an anti-vulnerable employment. Therefore, its main objective is to provide the ASEAN Economic Community with HR professionals who are fiercely prepared to embody their highest degree of responsibility on the improved international business perspectives. As the ASEAN Integration takes place, each nation will be able to incorporate, relate, discover, and learn from each other. Surpassing existing competitive potential, HR requires intensive professionalism and the higher recognition of the HR function as well.
