PERSON PROFILE: The incumbent must possess excellent typing and word processing skills.Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are essential.The basic principles of Public Relations are also required. The incumbent must be able to work undedr pressure and knowledgeable in operating office equipment. Duties: Perform "front -line" functions by determining the business of persons wishing to have an audience with the Senior Manager(in person or telephonic). Provide the following functions to the Senior Manager: Maintaining and organizing the diary, confirming appointments, compiling / typing correspondence, documentation, e- mailing, faxing, formatting audit reports and photo copying. Provide secretarial assistance for meetings of the Senior Manager by arranging logistics.Prepare and disseminate minutes, provide administrative support to the Senior Manager by way of ensuring the updating and safe keeping of - all records and duplication of documents. Provide general management of the Office i.e order stationary, miscellaneous items, assist the Senior Manager by sourcing relevant information(surfing the internet, newspapers etc),assisting with the processing of invoices, payments and handling petty cash.
